First UK Registered 12th December 2007 Porsche 356 Speedster recreation manufactured by Beck, built on a unique 3" steel built frame and not on a shortened beetle chassis like many other replicas,the advantage of this is the chassis is stiffer and the hood stows within the body profile like the original 356 speedster. The car is powered by an air cooled 1.6 Mexican beetle engine with twin carbs and high ratio gearbox, due to the lightweight of the vehicle it is more than adequate and can quite happily keep up with modern day traffic. It comes with a blue scissor type hood and has a matching full and half tonneau covers which are very handy.
